What is a cake pop?
A cake pop is a cake on a lollipop stick. Delicious cream cheese frosting is already included in the cake ‘ball’ and then enrobed in gourmet chocolate/candy coating.
How much are your cake pops?
There is a minimum purchase of 1 dozen cake pops for $36.00 ($3.00 each).
How do I care for my CakedLA cake pops?
Always keep cake pops in a cool, dry place. Keep cake pops away from any heat source, including direct sunlight. Cake pops can be refrigerated but refrigerating them may cause condensation and will make the candy coating sweat when taken out.
How long do CakedLA cake pops stay fresh?
CakedLA cake pops are best eaten within 1 or 2 days of purchase but can remain fresh for up to two weeks if refrigerated.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes you can, please call 562.645.6830. However, for expedite services, please order directly from our online store. Sometimes we experience high volume calls so the best way to order is through our online store or by email [e] info@cakedla.com.
Can I place my order in advance?
Yes, it is prefered. You may advance order a minimum of 12 or more cake pops for pickup, delivery, or shipping. Please visit our order page for more details.
Can I place an order for CakedLA cake pops on the same day that I need them?
Yes. Orders made prior to 10am the same day will be honored depending on the availability of the specific flavor requested and the time you need them by. There is a $25 rush fee for same day orders. Please contact us: [p] 562.645.6830 | [e] info@cakedla.com.

Do you ship your cake pops by mail?
Yes, we ship via FedEx or USPS (1-3 business days). CakedLA cake pops are perishable and may melt during transit, it is necessary to ship within two days to ensure the quality and freshness of the product. Shipping within the summer months may require overnight shipping. Shipping price is $16 per pound.
How soon will I receive my order?
We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days approximately (Mon-Fri) in the US. Orders placed after 1pm may take an extra days delivery. Please note, during busy periods, such as holidays, US delivery may take between 2-5 days.
When will I know my order has been shipped?
As soon as you have received your confirmation email from us with your FedEx or USPS tracking number, you will know it has left our warehouse on this date. Please note, all shipments are collected around 4pm US time, so no tracking numbers will show any movement on the FedEx or USPS website before this time (4pm PST) as the orders would not have been scanned out of our location and into first location on route to you.
Can you do cake pops for my wedding?
Yes. Please contact us: [p] 562.645.6830 | [e] info@cakedla.com for details on how we could design the cake pops to coordinate your wedding theme. We do not offer set up.
Can you do customized decorations?
Yes, we offer a variety of colored chocolate coatings, toppings, and seasonal decorations to choose from. Each CakedLA cake pop is topped with our signature modern red heart (you may choose to decline the signature hearts if you wish).
Do all of your cake pops contain dairy/sugar/peanuts?
Yes, CakedLA cake pops are made from the finest available ingredients including flour, dairy and sugar. We also bake with pecans and walnuts on the premises, so CakedLA cake pops are not recommended for those with gluten or nut allergies.
Can I change my order once its placed?
Once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch.
Where is CakedLA located?
We are an online, delivery service based company. We are currently in the process of searching for a store-front.

Does CakedLA offer internships?
