What if my order is not correct?
Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact 562.645.6830 or email us at [e] info@cakedla.com, and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.

CakedLA offers a full refund if an order is cancelled or modified with at least 3 days notice.

No refund on any shipping that has signature confirmation. CakedLA will not guarantee or refund any damaged or delayed shipments and products. CakedLA will not be responsible for goods damaged or delayed due to weather or due to product being left outside in warm or hot temperatures.
